Vance grew up in Black River Falls Wisconsin  and Graduated from University of Wisconsin -Stout with a BS Degree in Business Administration.   Vance Loves Golf  the most and has 6 Holes in one to his credit, and has participated in 100’s of Golf tournaments gaining a lot of experience with Instruction as well.   He also loves Fishing in the gulf with his Father and friends. Over the years he has found numerous Trophy Properties for family and friends because of his passion of  searching Real Estate as a hobby!
